📦 How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped within 1–2 working days.
Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days within the UK.
Some popular items ship directly from our UK warehouse, so they may arrive in a separate parcel.
💸 Do you offer free delivery?
Yes!
Orders over £25 qualify for free UK delivery.
Orders under £25 have a small £3.50 delivery fee.
🔁 What is your returns & exchange policy?
We offer 30-day easy returns and free exchanges for any sizing issues.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label and help you with your exchange or refund.
🐶 What if I ordered the wrong size?
No problem at all!
If we have the size in stock, we’re happy to offer free exchanges to help you get the perfect fit.
Just contact us and we’ll handle the rest.
🎁 My order arrived in two parcels — is that normal?
Yes! Some items (like our jackets) ship directly from our UK warehouse due to high demand.
This helps keep delivery fast and stock fresh.
🛒 Are all your products tested?
Absolutely. Everything in our store is Milo-approved — tested by our Chief Product Tester himself!
If Milo doesn’t love it, we don’t stock it.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we’re working on it!
Right now, we ship within the UK only.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We’re a family-run small business inspired by Milo, our show Cocker Spaniel.
Everything is chosen, tested, and approved by Milo himself.
